Alright a question for the DM's and developers to argue over please, as I keep getting different responses.
Belladonna recently acquiired a set of Pacifier arrows through trade. Since then I have been advisied they are a faction only item, but I keep geting different answers on wether this is right or not.
Please some consesus from you all so I know wether or not to dump them.
