Recently I've been visiting the old ruins near Uhm and I came across Golem Parts. I've also recently done the "Of Gnomes and Golems" questline, and this got me wondering, on the description on the items it said that I can take them to a smith for them to work with it. I've visited a ton of smiths across Amia and even the Gnome who gives you the questline.

Is there actually an NPC who works with these I'd like to know?
