To everyone at the Cordor's future meeting, that was incredible. I loved the atmosphere of tension and the cutthroat politics, and the conflicts of pragmatism against ideology.
It was amazing, and I eagerly wait to see where this goes.

Anatida... Wow, just... Amazing. Torture just the way I like it.

[Tri'Polar] Pellanithra Aurvy'ath: Kudo's to your refreshing RP that keeps me coming back for more.

[misterlich] Berlin: Fabulous. I have had so much fun standing there to watch Berlin and Angie. And I shall treasure the tongue lashing.

Rith'tar has also been fabulous, and an excellent antagonist for Berlin to mull over :D lots of fun!

Pel (I forgot her entire name, it really is hard to remember) has also been lots of fun to play with, I'm loving the Shrine's RP as well as Kohlingen's :)

Thank you, you two! I'm really enjoying it, too! Like I said in party, half of the reason I look forward to getting on is to see what bad luck lands in Berlin's lap next, especially when half of it is from bad dice rolls! Rith'tar is a really amazing character (I will convert you, Rith!) and I'm sure I'm going to get to see a few more things that make Pel's mind blow up.

Others I'd like to thank for making my character (and me to a point!) nervous and/or happy, or a general quagmire of emotions:

Ren Eyther’nddare (Wings of Fate)
Lady Angador Durothil (BurningoutBright)
Nyacelil Tyeln'melaa (Ryoko Honda)
Triel'ithra Zua'ana (vkblotsofnumbershere)
Jud'Vardas Kenlyl (Alexo Stargleam/Gers)
Ania Viranirn (Revak Sindri)
Derrin (Analog)
Iim'mur'ss (Anatida - for scaring the hair off Pel. "Poof, I'm here!" :P )

Thank you Akhiryth for always standing by Samantha and proving one of a celestial heritage has their own inner turmoil and perseverance issues.

Thank you Alanna for everything that is the complicated relationship of two women. And ones that are so visceral.

Thank you to the Cordor people and Tarkuul people for allowing Sam to have bridged a gap for a time and to see where it may lead. Who is she what is she? She's not even sure sometimes!

A special shout out to Dirk for their time together. Thank you. They don't get a lot of it but it is always fascinating and so multi layered. Thanks!

And thanks to those secretive sneaks making Sam's life hilarious.

I wanted to think Seraphina (Frizzlefry?) and Fenzy (Nefzen?) and Kira (Rufftuff?) for the walk'n'tour meal. I was genuinely surprised by the the amount of work you three put into it, and I'd gladly recommend people for another trip :)

Also, Rosary! How can I forget Sullivan's best friend? She's stopped him from going insane more then you know, among many other things.

Thank you folks!

It's been a long time in coming but I have to do this - Nick11689 for Calelis' bro Arcturis. The greatest praise that I can give another roleplayer here is that you continually fail to disappoint me when it comes to your dedication and quality. I constantly look forward to our future interactions.

Seth (A_Winter's_Night) so few (or none?) know who Seth really is, because he wants it that way. I think Alanna summed it up best a few weeks back when she said "Would you two stop talking just to each other?! We want to know too!" He has been an integral and foundational part of Iim's life for many months now, yet their interactions and understanding of each other began a sharp evolution over the last week or so. Whether they find treasure or drown in the depths that are revealed, I'm sure the journey is going to be fantastic!

Rith'tar (MazeOfThorns) Your return could not have come at a better, and worst, time! So much for Iim finding any sort of equilibrium. I am so happy to have you back, and I look forward to seeing who breaks first, or will something far better happen?

Yup. Shout outs. I've had an amazing time playing as Arcturis and I owe it in great part to all you lot.
In specific, Calelis (Council of Autumn) can not give enough praise. Each night now I log in and look for a few names that I know will guarantee good role play, on or off the battlefield, yours is one. Drake (ecotec) ... I shouldn't even have to say anything. One of the funniest bards I've seen in a long time. Keep it up! Lucas Farstrider ( ... kill me for not remembering your log) love running with you. So much destruction, so much awesome RP. Drogvar (BobOWOUSA) just. Yes. You know you. You know your role play.... yoooou. Seriously though, wherever you take your role play, it's amazing. Aaaaand Rydra (can also kill me for not remembering) just got to role with you for the first time but it was fun the whole night.
Thanks, as usual, to everyone!

Thank you too! You're the best customer we could have! Truly! and not just because you're, so far, the only ones *giggles*.

Not sure you did it on purpose... but it's called "Walk'n'Meal Tour"... but yeah, from the amount of different yummy food Sera prepared, you could easily call it "Walk'n'Tour Meal"

+1 to Dunecat, Almare is a touch cat to get a read on and he and Corinn's head-butting is some of the tensest and most charged RP I've had in a long, long while. Bravo!

SamTheGiantSlayer for one, it was fun to actually sit down and just RP Jack, Blue is also fun to play with. Secondly Reggie (Broldi) with his bloody mentally retarded dwarf, I've been smiling half of the time I've been online around him. And in the same spirit TheMessiahOfDerp with Lamb, so much fun. I think that's why Imagil hangs around Kileh and Lamb... He enjoys the feeling of intellectual superiority he has over them xD

Felt like I needed to give a nod to all the folks that showed up at yesterday's Barak Runedar Council meeting. A healthy turn out by the dorfs, whom I've not seen get so riled up in a non-combat situation in a while. Was good to see everyone's emotion and stubbornness on display. The elven band and their pledge of support is what I hope to be another step for Winya and the pointy ears back onto the proper path. It was good to have you there, I look forward to more cold elfy RP. Ulrik, Ulrik, Ulrik... finally comes for the ale and he gets hammered by insensitive questions till he had enough. I felt bad both IC and OOC for the poor guy! Corinn, Corinn Corinn... I would hav never laid coin on the dwarves being able to run her from the table with tears running down her face! Another one I felt back for IC/OOC cause Red knew there was more to the story that she didn't want to let the cat out of the bag, tried to get his folks to back off a bit, and failed completely. By the end of it poor Mary didn't know WHAT to think.

Yesterday's Score
Dwarves 2.5 - Guests 0

Yeah I awarded a half point for Nya's rough handling, but Red and I expected that, so only half a point!

Good stuff!

There are times I think that RP happens and those involved don't get to realize the impact right away. And perhaps that impact wasn't even intended but man, oh man, when that impact does hit, its amazing.

Thanks to:
[souI_reaper] Auen'nal Zau'ana for turning Sentinels snow globe world upside down and then giving it a firm shake.

KnightProtector ~ I really enjoyed the RP and there it was impacting more than I thought possible later! Well done!

Anatida ~ I'm still enjoying the torture.

I wanted to thank a few people for role play lately.

Pellanithra: Huge fun to role play with this character. The culture differences is unique and binding and always interesting to see where it is going. She always keeps Ren wondering what the heck else are they going to do strangely.
Rith'tar: Really like the way the two character come off with one another. It is intense and hostile at one point and challenging and calm in others.
Berlin: This mage cracks me up. Best character you have!
Azaquis: I have no words that can express the role play that happened. I loved it, it inspired and it gave me a new confidence as a player with Ren. Thank you.

Ah, thanks to the people that just dropped by the Dale. I've been a little down lately and falling to portray properly my character, but today I feel like it was a good day.

Some names that come to my mind are:

The Messiah of Derp - I love how your play your characters and the style of your RP.
Guano - Evidence that the alt factory is not entirely a bad thing.
Arekkusu - Now that's a name I'll keep my eyes on for later.
Silke - I didn't even notice twas you!
Albacksen - Another name I will be chasing after, and another character I will be annoying to kingdom come.
Elyon - as Elyon.
Gerald - as the one-sentence jawdropman.

Its okay! Was not you I promise. I loved the role play a lot. As well as with the few others involved. I fell asleep because all the caffeine I had finally wore off and my late shift after burst died. Though the role play was a lot of fun!

Aww, thank you both! I appreciate it very much! Yossarin's story last night was beyond words.
It's nice to see someone who remembers stories from such a long time ago, and can retell them in a way that can altar character development and emotions! It brings such a raw treat, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

As for Samantha, well, Estara darling--you know how much your little drinking buddy has altered the course of my PC. Things are shaping up to be quite a twisty and curvy ride, I'd say. =3

Thank you to a few groups and people for the role play yesterday!

First thank you to the dwarves and elves for the stuff in Barak Runedar. That was a a lot of fun and well nothing beats killing orcs as a pass time for elves.

Also thank you to these people for various reasons!

Rith'tar: Your character suprises me, I like how Ren and him look at one another. Is it potential for a bromance :o
Pellanithra: I love the complexity of your Eilistraeen. I have not seen the activity in the Drow society as much as you have been around lately.
Underdark Drow: To many to name! So much fun watching my elf squirm at the thought of darkest of darks coming to the surface.
Lady Le'Quella: Intense, a lot of emotions building. I like the wittiness of your character and how she plays off others in that way. Great character.
Samantha: Great interruption the other day. Was unique and fun.
Lady Angador: A kind heart but a strong soul. Fun to role play with always.
Nyacelil: So awkward between the characters but still great fun to be around.
Glendil: Is that kinship I see brewing? Or is it a ploy! dum dum dum
Emilie: One of the few humans Ren actually feels bad for her situation.
Ainé: Great role play the other day. A lot said a lot happened.
Triel'ithra: Tough as nails, emotional as hell. Great character to watch and interact with.
Seth: Ren isn't to sure what to say to this man. He is wary at the same time curious.
Ronyo: A mysterious brother in arms. The two been through hell together and walked out scarred but stronger.
Cyrene: Ren has a weak spot for protecting this kin. Wonder why?
Iim'mur'ss: Always a rough time between these two. Intense fights almost cat like perhaps! But still a weak spot for the character.
Delia: Almost forgot! Fun to role play yesterday especially with the traps. :D

Hold onto your bow, bro, it's going to be a surprising time! Thanks for Ren, he is a wonderfully vivid character.

Seth - I really enjoyed the byplay in a less hectic setting. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Anatida - "If they only knew!"

Cleric of Salandra *cof* The1Kobra - Here's to a programmer's expert physicianing. And thanks for indulging my detailed descriptions of Rith'tar's 3D tattoos.

I'd wanted to thank Mister Gerald Edmund and his faithful assistant "Asya the Truffle Herald" (though the summoned star was the best of course) at amazing immersing of characters and wonderful performance in local show of "Adventures of Sir Truffles and his New Master" that happened yesterday around West Cordor. All visitors had lots of fun and pleasure watching that show.

Alanna, It was a lot of fun. You did a great job with explaining it in a non-judgey way, and you brought snacks! It's always wonderful when our PC experiences that character growth. I'm glad I got to be a small part of it. :)

To those who don't know or haven't met my character (Fyona Sway) yet, I'm fairly new to Amia. I would like to thank and commend the following people (plus the ones whose names I do not remember) for making it a fun time for me and making me feel at home:
Krin
Dylan Reynolds (and his alts)
Seth
Glen (Glendil)
Fretyra Aldahan (who goes by Eryn for some reason)
Ala
Sully
Doom (Duma)
An (Anshar Tholen)
Teddy
The character whose name starts with a "P" who helped me out tremendously my first time venturing out (Perego, maybe??)
Nym (Nymia Nythal) who seems to be quickly becoming Fyona's bestie!
The DMs who have been very patient, willing to help, and always available! Can't stress enough how valuable that is to the players!
There are a handful of others that I see less frequently so I don't have names memorized yet that have really made trying out Amia a total win for me! Hopefully Fyona can make it interesting for everyone who encounters her as well!
Thanks!

I've been having a lot of interesting RP lately, but the cherry of the cake and praise goes to Digit3000 as Thesekar Blackfang.
Why?
Because.

In my opinion, you play the copper dragon mentality pretty damn well.
Thesekar isn't going to run out of questions at the rate Enkai twists things to. -_-

So kudos to you for probably never getting boring! *Confetti. And stuff.*

Also like to throw a thumbs up to everybody I've RP'd Thesekar's interest in Cordor with.
You all have been great!

I'm still going to try getting into trouble talking to the guards Dylan just watch Thesekar.
Andrew you are going to get bothered often for updates about Cordor.

Also Beryl. I can't understand a thing you say half the time it's great. Keep up the smelly, ugly, and hyper masculine dwarven stereotype Terallis.

Alright. That's everyone that comes to mind for now.. Oh. Krel. You're cool too.

Seconded!

And the tavern shinanigans thereafter. Madrik laughed with sound twice and actually achieved enough inebriation to be semi funny for 30 seconds.

..and it'll never happen again!

Sanquinius and Windiara.

Sanquinius for constancy in your roleplay and pure attraction in it. Two years and I keep wanting more interaction. Excellency in your work.

Windiara dear, I feel so bad for you character and enjoying it at the same time. The reactions and realization of what just happened were wonderful.

At this same time I could give praise to:

Ren Eyther'nddare - Your character is very appealing and will be interesting to see where this all ends.

Rosary - Dear do I love your characters care-free and bright attitude. This will keep giving me reasons to find reasons interact with you.

Big praise to everyone today. There were so many I don't know what to say. But a special thanks to Xyhm, Pellanithra, Triel'ithra and Jud'Vardas for the hilarious role play of Ren using a Seagull to interrogate a Drow. Super fun day that way to much happened. To much fun thank you all.

To sum it up.

"Pellanithra Aurvy'ath: [Party] I can't believe it... you're doing good cop, bad cop... with an effin' seagull... xD!!"

Definitely. I felt bad because I was a last minute impromptu tag along and had no idea what was going on, but I really had a great time in spite of that! Though beset by a barrage of murderous metamagicked monstrosities, there was a lot of roleplay going on in between that I appreciated as the backrow "here have a bard song!" guy.

All the elves in Winya last night, thanks for the warm welcome back!
And oh god. So many big ups to Sion for... my god yes. So terrified and curious to see what happens
Siferet and Xy, massive RP ups for helping with Marek's treatment. That was some intense philosophical banter in between healing. Loved every minute of it. Thanks!

Most of us know how boring leveling up can be, especially those upper levels that seem to take forever to reach.

So I wanted to thank Seraphine for the slow romp through the Frozen Wastes last night. So much good hunting, but with great RP all along the way. It made hunting fun. And if having fun is the goal then you helped Thessell and me have some last night!

Nuff said.

Baden
