Grakh is the only sub-par intelligence I've enjoyed very much.
You, Sir, are my hero. <3
Also, I actually kind of post about Grakh in a bit modest matter.
kmadden put it actually right, let me quote:

most players assumed because he was a half orc and did not speak well he was of low intelligence. That was not true, he was just below average for an INT score but simply was not good at the common tongue. That, and the fact that his social skills were poor made him look less than intelligent. You had to spend time with him to understand that he was street smart but socially and culturally weak.
Just not fluent at common tongue. And Grakh's a sort of flirter. He would blush amazingly if a pretty woman would kiss him or tell a complement. Would frown stupidly if people asked Grakh that they need some personal space.
It is all about being narrow-minded, understanding the things just in their straightest form - limiting him to understand just the basic things. But he is quite smart in such - is able to think, come up with a smart thought or a convincing answer. It's just the range of the plots he can handle in his Orcish mind - it is not impressive.
And Grakh likes the sound of his name. And been always called by it. And especially likes when ladies say it - makes him grin. That should do for a reason, why he's using a 3rd person when refering to himself.
