Is it possible to upgrade the standard head models to look as good as the heads in this thread, or are you purely focusing on new heads?

That dorfy moustanche is probably a bit too massive even for a dorf. Where is the surface area hair that tick grows from?

Dwarves have a special "Beard Gland" hidden inside their oversized noses. This gland pumps out extra testosterone and hair which go directly to the beard, making a dwarf's beard full and luxurious.

Which is why you don't punch a dwarf in the nose.

I love the new heads. Their faces match the graphics and style of NWN better too!

Could the Dwarfy beards see a bit more variation? As a dude with an impressive beard, it's sorta a point of pride that it doesn't look like everyone else's.

The dwarves are incidental to my work- it's simply luck that I have a beard model that I can slap on various faces and make a quick dorf. They're making out like bandits already and have a variety of other beard models on other heads, not to mention the textures do add some variety to the beards anyway.

Edit: You're adding more monstrous heads to the half-orc template, right? Most heads like "gnoll heads" and similar belong better on half-orc bodies.

Not easily, not cleanly, and not without a hak update.

However, there's so many open elf head slots that I can just slap glasses on a model or two.

Instructions:

Unzip to your NWN folder.
Select 'yes' if it wants to overwrite something, your puny files are insignificant.
Load up the demo module and enjoy! (Select "New" from the main menu. Some of us have played multiplayer so long we've forgotten how to play single player)

Note: Yes, I know something's wonky with the yuan-ti pureblood texture, I'm fixing it.

I have to be the spoil-sport here, but I will not be adding the sunglasses or tophats to either hak nor official headpack. Both strike me as too victorian aged and up in style, the gnome getting very steam punky with the combo of tophat and mechanical gadget. Disco refrained from adding too modern styled content to Amia in the past, and I am going to take a similiar position.

If we're removing steampunky stuff you can get rid of that victoriana smoking jacket with the stuffed shirt from the robe selection too then. (go to the robes, go back from 1 past all the romanesque legs/dresses)
