everytime i log in from my laptop i am able to play online for about 5 minutes and then i lag out and it says i have timed out my connection. any ideas why this might happen? might i have to reinstall? is this a known problem?

is it just nwn or the whole machine that loses connection

I've had this problem with wireless connections in the past when constant traffic is done.. remember that browsing and msn and such can handle 1 or 2 secs gap in connection.. NWN usually goes batshit over it.. so that could be the cause. I'd suggest trying to see if it stabilizes by not being on wireless.

i tried connecting directly with the cable into the router but it didnt make a change
