The problem you're having seems to be a to be a combination of two common problems amongst Amians.
- Timezone
- Character Interests
Unfortunately, for the first one, there's really only one solution: move.
For the other, that's a bit more tricky. Evil players, for the most part are going to have a bit of a harder time on Amia, at least as far as gathering allies. Evil destroys evil, in generally all cases. There are various evil groups and sects out there that might be accepting of your evil character and allow you to rampage around the Amian region with them summoning hoards of undeads and murdering innocents or what have you. However, on the other hand, those same evil characters might be the very same characters that shun your character for various reasons:
- "Not evil enough"
- "Wrong race"
- "Wrong kind of evil"
- "I don't want people to know I'm evil"
- Etc., etc. the list goes on and on...
The trick of finding a group of people to roleplay and party with is to be consistant and play true to your character. If you continue to treat each interaction as your character would, regardless of the alignment of the character they are interacting with, as well as continue to pursue your character's goals, you will eventually find other like-minded characters to share your journey and epic adventure with.
Such a forum would be destructive to the roleplaying environment in a sense that it would make mass groupings of like-minded characters far too easily organized as well as kill tons of opportunity for RP.
Don't forget we also have a PC Notice Board if your character wishes to advertise for, interview, and build an "Adventuring Team" of some sort.
Just some food for thought. From one villain-lover to another.
