Kay, um, few things im curious about. Is it possible to play an inanimate (However possibly sentient, or possessed ) Object? O.o Like A sword, or equitable item? And eh, whats the policy on MPCs?

Like a big Mordenkainen's sword? It does make the term sword for hire an entirely different concept.
However I don't really see it happening soon. Unless you knock the DM's socks of with the character request. It will have to be really really good though!
Ah and start saving those DC for the permanent skin change.

Mechanically a BBOD-like character is doable by setting all body parts (except maybe one to avoid abuse) to Null appearance and likewise setting all armour parts to naked. I had a haunted armour character on GC done like that. He was a floating torso with gauntlets and boots. Get rid of those too and you have a floating sword.
However I doubt the DM team would approve of another construct easily.

No. That involves model-changing the familiar (possible and easy!) ... but giving them equipment. Setting them to a null model would simply render it invisible. It would have to have a suit of armor or a weapon to render it visible--and adding that to a familiar is a Bad Thing.

Leaving the hand visible should fix that, and not ruin the floating weapon appearance.

No, I'm not talking about changing the model. That is piss-fucking-easy. It's giving the familiar equipment/altering familiar equipment that is the Bad Thing.

Ah, right you are. I misunderstood.

Sentient weapons are different than a floating weapon. Moreover, Nivo's staff was requested and approved, like all sentient weapons need to be.
I would not approve a talking "Floating weapon".
xD Didn't wanna be a floating deving sword. Just a sword, that cant move itself without a "Weilder.", (Obviously talks, cause... I dislike being silent >.>) and eh, possibly gave properties to the "Weilder" Similar to a normal weapon? (Note: These bonuses would be to a very small degree.) Just think it would be neato to be the PC force behind one of these sentient weapons. And of course, provided it was possible, I'd pen up a large, meaty, RP filled request for such. Just wondering if its possible to... erm... "Be a weapon"? Or if there are any other suggestions their fully welcome.
