Is this feature active? If so is there a certain way to enter the PCkey cause it's rejecting mine entered from a screenie right from guy Daniel

I am experiencing a similiar problem, but I feel that I may also be entering it in wrong somehow so havent brought it up until now.

You need to enter the Neverwinter account name exactly, and the PCKey, including capital letters and the underscore (that worked for me).

There are two boxes to enter it in. What side did you put the under score and there is no place to enter a username on that page.

NM. Got it.
At Disco: Might want to label the input boxes Account Name and PCkey respectively.

Ah I see, I was entering the first part of the key in the first box, ala how CD-keys are entered when installing games.

Ahh, yes. That's the most common issue. Player account in the first box, entire PCkey in the second.

I did that the first time as well. AFAIK the labels appear in the box when you initially go to the page but I think they disappear if you do anything, so if you weren't paying attention the labels are gone by the time you're ready to enter the info.
