I couldn't seem to locate a page explaining the rules of the self rebuilds so I suppose I will ask a few questions here. If there is already a page out there explaining said question, feel free to delete this after telling me where it is.

I was told the 1/4 rebuild works like this. You can (4 times a year) have all your items transferred to a new (yet exact copy) of yourself then be given back your xp to tweak your build?

Is this correct? And if it is, is there an issue with per say a 26 bard, 4 fighter, deciding he never really does damage anyways and wants to just go 30 bard and choose bastard swords instead of longswords?
