I think it was this one or another ... you mentioned HiPS, Epic Dodge, TS, GS, Dev and something else if I remember rightly.

Quick question: Since a paladin or blackguard with negative charisma modifier would lose saves, is the saves loss capped at 1 per pally/bg level too?

Negative charisma pally/blackguard is funny.

Just seems silly but yeah it is an interresting question.

I believe it works as a representation of your connection to the deity, but I'm not completely sure.

Look at the skills that are bolsted by it for example:

I'm quite sure the cap is only working upwards.

negative pala doesnt lose saves

negative blackguard most likely will lose more saves then he has levels.
But then again, you need a -3 modifier to reach that, so 5CHA or below. And anybody can get above that.

It's not a situation worth bothering about, indeedy.
