So...the RDD alterations.

The -1 AC penalties overlap the +1 AC bonuses to neutralize the gain to a net 0 change?

or

Is the +1AC bonus gone entirely and you have a -1AC penalty that creates a net -1 change?

Ditto on the +2 strengths, are those disabled or still gained? [2nd and 4rth level] As well as the +2 con 7th level?

Really makes a huge difference on my building attempt.

I think the penalties are there to negate the base RDD boni.

Strength ppenalty only kicks in at level 10, which is dumb. -1 AC at 4, ad -1 AC at 10. This means you go
1-3: +1 AC
4: +1 -1 = 0 AC
5: +1 AC, back to being +1.
8: +2
10: +3 -1 = +2 total.

Nothing else changes. you keep con, int, and cha.

The changes are to negate the bonuses AFAIK, not to be imposed as additional penalties beyond their removal.

just curious, do the ac penalties continue after lvl 10? The ac bonuses continue to accrue every 5 lvls which made wonder
