Technically you can be a Champion of any god, not just Torm. Unfortunately the game engine limits you to being Good and worshiping Torm. I suppose as long as your character is Good you can role play as a Champion of any god as long as it's alignment appropriate.
Always wanted to make a Champion of Tiamat / Blackguard.
