For a long time now i have thought of making or joining a Noble House but RL always intruded. Sooooo... i thought this might be a cool way to start a Noble House and be a founding member. I have no desire, or time to lead and run the Faction, but was hoping perhaps someone else would like to pick up the Mantle. If we can get a core group of at least ten folks or more to help shape our Faction and we vote on everything, i think together we can make something special. My plan is to make an indigenous Noble House, and i was thinking of a Human Southern Cordor Family would be a good start. I chose Cordor because it is diverse in Race and has high volume of PC Chars that Rp there. Being from South Cordor i think our family Fortune would most likely be in the Shipping industry. I think the Noble House should be Neutral in Alignment but allow PC Chars to chose there own. As far as House Colors, Crest, Creed ect... we vote on them. Now what's cool is, nothing is set in stone, perhaps the majority of the House Members would rather play another race, or base of operations. And as far as family history goes, we write it together. Everyone's input will be valued. Well this is what i have so far, hope some of you all will be interested and help this project get off the ground!

Hey there! I would really like to participate in this. Right now I'm a bit busy with my final exams but I hope to be over by the next week. Tell me if you think I could join this faction! If not obviously it's understandable PM if you need anything or to chat about this!

Cordor is a very poor choice for a noble family. You would need to be prepared to explain how your fmaily survived the Commonwealth Purge, and what happened to them when the family was murdered/kidnapped into political prison indefinitely, their property and wealth seized by the state, and etc. Corodr has very little to no nobility left in it, most fled the island, or left for Kohlingen, where they stayed, save for some ex-pats who have recently returned and live in the Festival Grounds, in support of Lanie d'Cordor, one of the candidates for Ministry of Health and Public Wellness, and famously the daughter of Montgomery d'Cordor, namesake and previous Duke of the City of Water.

Yeah, South Cordor is definitely not the place where you can find nobles, but there are folks in exile who returned with Lanie which might be a good start. On the other hand, this very open membership sort of reminds me of the old Shadowflame House faction, which is something that I'm definitely missing from the server today. Although a lot of thing has changed since SF family disappeared as a faction, thus this new version should be more fitting to the current Amia setting.

Yimmi, Cool Beans, your more than welcome to join! TormakSaber- Thanks for the heads up. I assumed there would be nobles in the South since there were Noble NPC's in West Cordor. Perhaps another venue would be better. Elorathall-That's pretty cool what you have going on, but what i wanted to do was have a core group of us build something together, that we could open up to any PC, new or old and allow them to join as a Cousin to the bloodline, a friend of the Family, or a Soldier in there Guard.

Their citizenship got annulled after 2009 and thus they left Cordor, but to be honest nobody plays a Cordorian noble PC who returns to Cordor from exile. Opportunities are there and you can dig up Pony's Noble Houses writing too to get an idea. Either way, good luck.

Please don't take this as a discouragement, <3 but keep in mind all noble houses require DM approval through application process + all characters must be approved. Good luck!
