Okay folks, I'm readying up to start this initiative around the first or second week of December. After some planning and side-tracking work I think things are getting slow enough to breed some more enthusiasm for this experiment. So...the easiest thing I can possibly think of is a Doodle time scheduler. A forum poll doesn't cover all the dates and times that we can possibly hold these, so I'll rely on this dandy little tool!

***NOTE***: Make sure you account for the Doodle being in EST time and plan accordingly (my time zone). Don't let this limit your choices, but do consider wisely.

As a reminder, this is how the sessions are going to be held:

Choice 4

Flexible Interchanging date/time each week

This is meant to say that we choose two independent dates/times to be held each session each month
This functions much like Choice 2, except the allotted date/time for every session will change with each new month
The time will be decided based on majority voting and time slot availability for most of the server
The time is subject to change each month; it will not remain the same date and time throughout the plot

(i.e, Month 1: Week 1 = Sat/3 PM EST; Week 3 = Wed/8 PM EST ; Month 2: Week 1 = Tuesday/7 PM EST; Week 3 = Sun/10 PM EST)

How it works:
Follow the link, post your name, your preferred starting time, and your time zone for the date you pick. Post your preferred starting time for both Event 1 and Event 2 of this month. Then click Save to confirm.

Example:
SamTheGiantSlayer, 9 PM EST

Alas, my crazy work schedule during peak season means I won't be online much until January, unless it's overnight hours which are kind of preposterous to most people.

I can't be sure of the dates yet (especially in December) but the starting times 7-9 EST usually work for me.

So many people not following directions! Your doodle times aren't helpful at all, folks! :lol:

My understanding is that Sammy is going to be starting a large-scale DM plot, but instead of having plot events just happen at random times whenever she feels like, there's going to be scheduled "sessions," like a PnP game. You're voting for what times you want the sessions to be.

I linked the previous threads in the OP, which detail what this pertains to. But yes, essentially what Liz said. This is a system I came up with geared towards the most available time for the majority of the server as opposed to only certain US times that half of the server cannot make (for this server plot). And as a gentle reminder, please put your preferred starting time along with your name. If you don't have one, I'm going to assume you are available for the entire day you chose.

So this Doodle poll turned out to be kinda wonky. We might have to use a different alternative in the future, unless only three of you wanted to vote in actuality! I'll ask here, instead.

Assuming weekends are usually freer for most people, would people be interested in starting this Friday-Saturday?

I'm down and prefer Friday-
