Is there a way to full name change a character and whats the cost?

Post in the requests forum under general and explain the reasoning as to why it should be done, I think. Name changes tend to be free.

Yup. They are free. We just need a reason if it's going to a full name change - changing a surname due to getting married, leaving/joining a drow house is usually fine and easy though.
