I was curious, I have a Lesser Blue stone Wis +2, is it possible to change the color to Green?

Im assuming you mean the appearance of the stone floating around your head to the color green and it still give you +2 wis?

My guess is that can only be done by making a custom version of it.

It is possible. The question is, would it be approved.

It would need an entire new stone made with a new effect added entirely and call for the Green ioun VFX.

And your question I can't answer Dead. I can say that with a good request I am sure I would approve of it.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but not really doable.

Even if you made it a custom scripted request and paid the DCs to have the scripting work done (when there isn't a scripting hold) there is still the matter of the lore attached to the stones. Certain colors (ie certain gem types) work for certain ioun stone properties, and not others.

That's what I meant by "would it be approved". Ioun stones are items of Netherese craft, there's some canon lore about them.

Ha Ha! cool beans. I'm just a fashion whore and wanted a stone color to match my Chars uniform.
