1)Can a DM please lock this thread at there earliest convenience.
2)I am not trying to point fingers, and I know not everyone here is like that and actually do appreciate Dm's and Amia, this is my overall opinion on some of the Player Base with my experience on this Server over the last two years.
3)This not me Kissing Dm's backsides, on the contrary, I despise all Dm's, Nothing personal, LOL I've always been fearful of someone having that much power over my Toon :)
4)This Opinion is a rhetorical Statement, I ask that no one reply's to this post please, i don't care what you have to say or what you think. :)

NWN's History-I have played on six different Multiplayer Mod's for over a decade now, the first five Mod's were all based on my Favorite books, a low magic world with custom classes and 99.999 % of Toon's where human's. Playing here on Amia has been a culture shock to be and when I started out here my Lore was horrible (Still is) and has been an up hill battle learning to fit in RP wise. I have watched every server crash and burn, or just simply die away slowly to be the last person playing on a ghost town Mod. And I'm quite sure I will do the same with Amia. Now, the biggest reason how i made my way here to Amia was I was you tube surfing and started looking up NWN's, I had remembered seeing a longtime ago this Mod that had made a Movie of in game action and it was really cool and wanted to see if the Mod still survived. I came across Bri's (Madam Jingles) Amia Vid and thought it was funny and entertaining. At the end two things came to mind, first was, wow there's actually girls who play NWN's and what the HELL is a Bantie. LOL So I saw the the Mod on the list with an awesome sized player base, went to the website, downloaded all the Haks and I have been here ever since.

Now, maybe it just seems there are a lot of ungrateful PC's here because i am not used to such a huge player base and so many people active on forums, but i find a lot of you all's whining cry baby antic's to be ridiculous. I mean come on, really? Some of you seem to act as if your the CEO of Amia and DM's are on your payroll and there actually getting payed to DM for us. And if they don't kiss your ass and do everything you think the way things should be done, you want to fire them. All your doing is pissing off Dm's, burning them out with your complaints and probably screwing yourself in the end. Some of you seem to think that the world revolves around you and your char's and when you don't get your way you start blaming the staff and that's unfair. If your so unhappy here, maybe it's time for some of you to leave and go elsewhere, or Build your own Mod, and be DM and God all by yourself. Go to another server and whine and cry over there because you know whats best because your egotistical. Or, maybe a new account would work for you, get a new slate and start over fresh. :)

We are all here for one simple reason, we enjoy playing here. Your not always going to get your way, learn to roll with the punches. There is a handful of Dm's and hundreds of players here, they can't be everywhere at the same time. And they can't cater to everyone's needs. We should be grateful for the DM staff we have and not the other way around as some of you seem to think. Now with this post, I imagine some of you may take it to heart what I have said and think I am personally bashing you and your going to dream up a delusional OOC beef and probably try and ruin my fun here. I could really care less, because I'm still going to do what I do and continue to enjoy my time here to the Bitter end. :)

Basically what I'm trying to say is be grateful for Amia and what DM team we have, because Amia is not always going to be around. Though i hope so, i could see myself playing here for the next twenty years and in till they nail my coffin shut. And I am done ranting. =)

P.S. Madam Jingles should get some DC's for bringing a player in. 8D

P.P.S. I'm surprised i was able to refrain from cursing and not saying whats really on my mind ;)

And please once again, Nobody reply to this post.

Hey, guys.

This goes for everyone. There are a lot of upset players right now-- Players upset at DM's, players upset at other players. Please, I'm asking you all to take a step back and breathe. Whether in the defense or the condemnation of DM's, systems, etc-- your opinions are being heard, but they are also overwhelming.

You can be certain that these matters are at the absolute top of DM concerns at the moment. We're working diligently, determining the best course of action that addresses these rising concerns and conflicts. But this has become such a loud series of days. Let's try to bring ourselves back to the foundation that we were all so proud to be a part of, and find compromise.

Relax, guys. Please.. Breathe, yeah?

I know you're looking for a message board to voice your opinions in what's becoming a heated subject. But currently, no one-- player and DM alike, is emotionally ready to produce responsible, respectful, and productive messages concerning these feelings. Please just give it a few day's time. At the moment, we're all red in the face. Everyone is. If we try to have a reasonable argument to find a productive end, its just going to be heard as noise, and its going to do nothing but escalate it further.

We need to step back and breathe, all of us. Let our heads cool-- because there's nothing more debilitating for me as a DM to see players jumping at each other's throats.

My inbox is always open.
