Hello, my name is Incity and I've had quite a problem recently. Recently I've encountered a problem where I am unable to connect to AmiaA, each attempt I do gives me the error response "Timed out". I've gone to great lengths to resolve this problem, including reinstalling NWN and all the packs and haks. If anyone knows of a fix to this problem I'd much appreciate it.

I can connect to AmiaB, but when I try to connect to AmiaA it just gives me a timed out response.

Makesure port 5121 isnt allocated by something else on your system, you should also look into restarting your router to reset the nat sessions.

That can't be it, I did just go into my advanced settings to fix my any problems with my firewall. However, it can't be my router, as I tried connecting from another house with a separate router.

The IP is the exact same as AmiaB, 84.243.255.52:5122. However I changed the port to 5121 whenever I try to connect to AmiaA through the direct connect button.

Do you still get the Time-Out message when you try to hop to server A through a boat ride or portal?

Same thing for me with B from (at least) 2013.06.09 7:00 UTC until now. Just spamming 'Sending out BNES Message' messages until 'Server is not responding (time out)'. Use portal or boat just goes to wait loop until 'Portal failed'. Restart of B didn't helps either. Server A is freely accessible. Flipping firewall has no effect (and reluctant reboot, too). Linux Gentoo, Wine 1.5.17, NWN1 Diamond Edition, 95.161.27.xx. Game starting by appropriate scripts. Nothing was changed on my side. NWN sends 4 UDP BNES's w/o reply. This sometimes happens before, but re-connect (sometime several times) usually helps. EDT: Hurrah! B works again!

I was having this last night, too.... along with the massive lag spikes (which seemed to work themselves out for me around midnight EST). I went over the whole drill.... ports were right, router's was fine, firewall was letting me through. It was doing it for a few other players as well. Me thinks it might have something to do with the recent update?

Can not connect to either server on my lap top with new IP address. Never had issue before. Can connect with desk top. Get server timed out message.
