I was exploring and found it, and I noticed one part of it is unbuilt, is that RP or is it really a WiP?

But yes, the city is very much a work in progress. ICly, you'd see several buildings being built (slowly) by teams of people and zombies in many parts of the city. Hopefully soon, we'll have a general information post explaining the faction and city and what it is we do. Stay tuned!
