I feel foolish for asking this because I know I've seen it posted somewhere before, but what is the process to get a head change on a character? In addition, is there a list of heads/numbers?
If this is already all in a post somewhere, just having the link will work - Then I can continue to feel foolish, but I can get it done XD

I have always seen and been told to ask a DMIG. No request needed or anything UNLESS it's one of the monsterous/freaky heads (I think, don't quote me exactly). I know a simple head change is DMIG.

Naivatkal has it right. No freaky/undead/monster heads without a request, but others are alright.
