kobolds/goblins and glowy eyes

Can kobolds/goblins get glowy eyes? And does the same apply to the dynamic models?

The dynamic models would be able to, not the default models.

I doubt very much they line up nicely with their eyes, though.

I'm making a heavy monk character but I don't want two glowy orbs floating in front of my character's face.

Rest assured that neither dynamic nor static kobold/goblins receive glowy eyes, then. I was curious enough to try it out to be sure.
