I hate the NWN base heads. I'm not kidding. They fill me with loathing.
Thankfully, Amia has a set of custom heads that I can use!

Maybe I should take them out of the folder (as when I extract it into the 'override' folder, it goes into its own folder called 'heads') and try then?

I tried everything I could before coming here to ask for help, and I'm totally ashamed that I'm asking something that I can't find any information on otherwise and taking up everyone's time. I'm so sorry, but can I have a little help with where and what I'm supposed to do with this custom head file?

Look here for race + head number and find a DM in game and they'll be happy to swap for you.

Get the number of the head from the sidebar and ask a DM to change it IG.

That's standard for it, yes. Because some of the head numbers won't show in the creation screen because of some NWN thing.
