All troll guards, and the 2 named npc's are not invincible, and can be killed/accidental hurt etc. Also the gates of fort summer are Locked, but not set to plot, and can be destroyed.

With the exception of the frost giant blacksmith.. he does not care, he does not die, hes cool

I assume this is not suppose to be. if it is though... the main named guy (with the shield, forgot his name) does not fight back, just stands there being pretty, and showing off his 3 different high DR/- but after a some time he explodes in a wonderful spray of blood and bones.

How did i find this out? well.. i woke up this morning really tired, i took a walk trough the frozen lands, killed some trolls, entered fort summer (i have not been here sinds it was a wasteland), i see a locked gate, so as in the troll cave nearby i try to destroy it.. it works, and walk in, seeing the named npc's.. and then notice the troll guards, i thought some troll followed me or something, so the good killing machine i was, i attacked it... Later realizing they where npcs to and not hostile to begin with.

The named npc's and guards turned hostile. Only the ice giant was a bit... well if they can die... can he? (no, and not hostile)

EDIT: forgot to mention, they did drop not to bad loot, some darkfire scrolls (cant remember i seen those in scroll form befor) and a decent caster helmet (+2int, a +3 specific save, 1 other thing i cant remember)

I will be reporting any PC who thinks this is "funny" and tries to mess with it going forward to DMs, btw.

I am sorry if went a bit funny guy with reporting this. It was not meant as a joke or as a abuse of something, like i said, I honestly with a sleepy head thought the trolls to standard mobs (as sometimes creatures can follow trough area transits + i did not know if there was a spawn there maybe)

And in so I went on to report it as soon as i had the option to do so. And I do not had any intention of repeating this at fort summer, as i now know they are not hostile (was there with a good aligned character even, and prefer to consider this icly never to have happened)

I have not sold the items as i first wanted to know the response before doing so. If you like i can trash them or give them to a dm.

No, I'm not offended or upset, just hoping other people don't think it's a "convenient" time to attack Fort Summer now that they know this.

ah okey happy to hear that., and yes I fully agree. People should not do that (it is even against server policy as far as i know)

did you really blow open the locked doors of our faction base and murder the npc's inside?

ok fort summer needs an update now as even after the server reset and fixed all the damage you did someone else came by and exploded our door.

well yes by accident, but story wise/ic this did not happened.

and the second door, was not my doing, like i and tormak said, one is not allowed to do this (without a dm at least)

There are other smash able gates in the frozenfar in dungeons with ogres, I can see this being an actual mistake.

AFAIK in the dungeons, there is no other way to open the doors than to break them. It's an old area, afterall.
