Whenever I approach in Cordor East the main square with the market hall, town crier and the statue to the former duke, the game just crashes.

I can't reload the area either, crashes in the loading screen simply.

This hasn't happened before so I'm wondering has there been some changes there recently? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I lowered my graphic settings, didn't work.

Crashing in the manor now too while hunting in a group. Right when a new spawn appears.

Guess its npc related. I'm gonna reinstall my haks, maybe a file got corrupted somehow.

Seems to be working now after redownloading and reinstalling the haks. Can go to Cordor again atleast. Gonna observe for awhile.

Most likely one of the custom hak items (such as a tree or piece of NPC clothing) was corrupted on your hard drive and the game pooped whenever it needed to access it.

I suffer extensive lag and game freezes in the aforementioned areas as well. I suspect they need to be overhauled and adjusted to find any possible issues causing this regarding assets placed therein.

Issue is likely on your end. Consider a hdd benchmark to see if it is an issue with your hdd data transfer or your hdd in general.
