Hi,
I'm not sure if this one is intentional, since I've never before rented a house, so I don't know how much area I should get...
So, Ruathym: Havskar. I rented the north-west house, basic package, one week, 25.000 gold. So, I went inside, and see two rooms. The area inside was called house 1, not sure if that helps. The bigger one, with a fireplace, has a lock on it that is permalocked and needs a key to open. Since I only get the smaller room, I'm not sure if that is intentional, but it seems weird to have rented a house where I only get half the area...

Intentional. The basic package is that single room and 30 items, if I recall. You need to purchase the larger packages to get both rooms and more items.

Yeah here's how it works.
Basic is just the small room and 15 objects
Medium is just the big room and more then 15 objects
Deluxe is both and a lot of objects
