You can walk in, but it's a dc 90 to unlock the doors to get back out.

Is this not a public building? It has welcome signs and shit once you're in

but you can't get out.

Afaik the building should be unlocked and I remember that bug being marked fixed months ago, I presume that update got overwritten.
