As title. On Thokk I've been getting attacked and hit by attacks of opportunity from enemies I'm walking past. Have a few witnesses. No screens as the combat log doesn't say "attack of opportunity." I'm able to reliably reproduce this basically at will and will demonstrate if you want.

Its probably an issue with bioware's engine since spring attack has never been touched or altered.

It could also be an issue where the pop up is lie. Usually the combat log is the accurate log of what happens. So if the log doesnt have an Attack of Op in it then it probably didnt actually happen despite the message pop up.
