I'm told it might just be because of how the breath has been reworked (as a cone instead of a line), but Tormak advised me to put this up anyway when I asked if it was intentional.

The blue dragon disciple, as listed, seems to have its electrical breath display the visuals and sounds for Ice breath when used. Damage occurs as proper, but the effects are definitely a white's.

The Dragon Breath VFX and wiindup stuff in general is pretty old and clumsy and dated in execution, imo, and could do with some spicing up to be more... well

less "takes a deep breath" and more just using the breath weapon.
