Eithiene (sp?) the Instrument maker in the Noway Inn, Fortress Wiltun, gives the "Report this on Forums" message, and the shop isn't working.

Same goes for the Wandering Merchant and Flower Merchant in the Wiltun squre. The former gives the "No store available" message, and the latter gives the "Report this on Forum" message.
