Prior to the rework of L'Obsul, there were six deliveries to be made.

It now seems there are only 5. It's possible I'm just missing one start point, but I think I've looked fairly thoroughly and I can't find the drow that hands it out. The item was some wine to be delivered to Celade Zau'tar (who is present outside the Zau'tar compound). The NPC that gave out the wine was also a Zau'tar I believe but I can't remember the first name. He used to stand around the bar area in L'Obsul Top in the older version of the map before the rework. If he's in just a more complicated place to find these days, or intentionally removed, that's fine.

But if it was an unintended oversight, that's what the bug report is about.

His name was Ethrar or something very close.

Antida can you look into this?

I checked this yesterday actually. The NPC is indeed missing, or I was able to find all of the rest of the starting quests except him. You can find his blueprint in my FTP folder Anatida/Underdark/qst_npc_earar.erf He should be placed in L'obsul: Top somewhere near the bar.

He was previously in Underdark: L'obusl Top beside the bar at the north.
