In-game, I cannot access my character vault or my character archive. All of the following commands in the shout channel have failed in the entry area, the waiting room, and the server proper on Amia B and Amia A, on two separate characters from the same account, both before and after re-logging:

f_file show vault
f_file show archive
f_vault
f_?

On Amia B, the server sends me a confirmation message in the Tell channel, but nothing happens. On Amia A, it simply transcribes the command on the TALK channel, rather than the shout channel, even when /s is used.
