For some reason Wind Reaver was not spawning for my group just says signs of fighting and waited 20 mins and kept trying to spawn no luck.

update: Friend left group I was able to spawn him but he has not spawned him this reset so duno what his issue was would not let me either if I was trying to spawn him while in group with him.

This has not been reproducible, so might have been a 1 off bug.
