On Amia B, the boatsmen that allow you to travel between L'Obsul and Nec'perya remove the gold as soon as you click them. What this causes is that characters who can't use the boat, still have to pay as if they did.

Also HalfDrow aren't treated as an Underdark race by the boatsman in Nec'perya, while the one in L'Obsul's chill with them- thus, my HalfDrow gets stuck there, unable to get back except via wand or travel agency.

Speaking of which... While a Half-Drow can use the travel agency to get to L'Obsul, they can't do so to get to Nec'perya. Is that last part a bug, or works as intended?

That is as intended.

The boatsman in L'Obsul should only allow full blooded drow as well. This is all per instructions from the area DM.

A half drow should only be able to get to the island or off the island via a portal wand. I will look at the script and fix the charging issue later on.
