In Skull Crags: Cavern there is a boss spawn of a Beetle Queen. It's not working. Back in March it did, but not now. There's no message at all, and resting there gives a 0% chance so it looks like there's no trigger anymore.

It spawned as recently as September.

I don't see anything particularly wrong with the trigger, way point or script used. Antida said she would check on this and see if it worked or not for her.

I just tested this, it spawned fine for me.
