When you do the Cordor delivery quest one of the deliveries is to Captain Guston who says to come back and see him for another job when you are done with your deliveries. When you come back he has no job for you. You just get the normal transport convo. It's confusing.

Not a bug, just haven't been able to implement that yet. Things have gotten derailed with the crashing and Glim (and others) leaving; it was supposed to be a new quest (sort of like how the sewers guy says he has work, then after he sends you to the Slakh spiders).
