Hi there all- I have been away from Amia for a bit, but I really want to get back in. Just installed NWN on my new laptop, and installed the new HAK, but my character textures are mostly invisible, or have a blank metallic appearance, and a lot of the background/world textures are blank white or metallic. Any help fixing this would be AWESOME! THANKS! |

Usually this is caused from a bad install of NWN. You can try reinstalling it once again and hope it works out better. It may also be directly related to your video card and drivers. You can try updating or rolling back the drivers until you find one that works. NWN is old and a lot of newer cards today hate this game. |

When I installed NWN on a new laptop I had the exact same problem. It might be either of those, but I'm gonna guess you need to download the HotU 1.69 critical rebuild which can be found here. |

THAT was it!!! Just had to update to HOTU 1.69 - POOF - problem solved. AWESOME!!! Thank you folks so much for the help. |
