I have been receiving this as of yesterday. I am a cleric and my deity is Horus-Re - things were working fine, but all of a sudden I cannot cast spells. not sure what has happened. I have not renounced my faith or my deity.

Make sure to check if your inventory has an item called The Fall. Its sort of like the image of the head of a sad woman. If that's the case, that means you're mechanically fallen due to the result of an alignment shift or DM intervention.
