Something i've been thinking about; do we think a tech support section of the forum, say, as a subforum of general discussion, would be more efficient and useful for questions and answers than the way we do it now?

Looking at the first page of the GD forum it looks like it could be of some use. Perhaps have a sticky in the top of it with the most common problems. Quick explanations of the CD key thing, and whatever else might be the usual questions asked.

That said, I think this would benefit amia greatly. I know I could post bugs I experience and how I solve them myself as well.
