I have no idea what happened, but this sounds more like a tech thing than a bug (because it's just me).

I ported to B last night, and my cloak disappeared. Just the appearance, it seems to be applying just fine. As a shifter, sometimes that happens, so I didn't think much of it. But it wouldn't come back. Reapplying it doesn't change things, nor restarting the game, nor the server resetting. No cloaks at all will appear. Not for me, and not to other people either. Thought maybe some file corrupted, but they appear just fine /on/ other people.
