Would a 16 lvl rouge 4 Master scout receive 4 attacks? Or would i have to go 15 rouge five MS to get 4 attacks? |

Both are 3/4 classes so you would need at least 4 full bab class levels to get the fourth |

Ugh ...well this may have screwd a build of mine up, MS does not get Shield Proficiency. My fault, i should have been more clear on my question.
