Silly question but you need a high dex if your going to be using a crossbow pretty much all the time? |

Yes, still a dex based weapon like a bow. |

Well, if it's a WIS-based character you can always get the Zen Archery feat which uses WIS instead of DEX bonuses for ranged AB. |
