A message is placed up for the Hands to see, by the Shanty

Right. This is for the Hands of Ieriyn.

Need to sit down for a proper meeting, everyone. Meet outside the Shanty, tomorrow evening. There are a few things we need to discuss.

An announcement is posted inside the Shanty, by the door, for the Hands.

Hands of Ieriyn,

Soon, we will be having a meeting that everyone is required to attend. It will be something of training to go over a few things that should have been obvious, but seems not quite as much as I'd hoped. Rules, regulations, and otherwise. Additionally, with this training, we will be making a proper trip somewhere for team building exercises as well as discipline training for following orders.

Again, this is not optional.

Most any night after the Shipwrights retire for the evening should be fine for me.
