A report is turned in to the Hands of Ieriyn regarding a specific matter found here, including the the notice itself for the records. "While this notice was in and around Cordor, I feel it's necessary that I should bring this up for possible observation and to avoid any possible incidents with the person in question. The notice itself carries the name of the person who wrote it, and a very threatening message. It's not exactly within our jurisdiction, but still something I feel should be kept in mind. - Aedan Terallis" |
