Is there any lore method of a tiefling enhancing their fiendish traits/abilities similarly as a dragon disciple? I realize the two things are not in any way the same, I'm just curious if a tiefling were so inclined if they could pursue rituals or focuses that would empower their fiendish heritage more than a typical tiefling.

Closest thing I can think of off the top of my head is an Acolyte of the Skin. It isnt exclusive to Tieflings, but has the same feel of what you might be looking for.

It's not really what I was looking for, but it does seem to lend some credibility to the possibility of what I had in mind. I'm more interested in amplifying what is already present, not adding additional things from outside of one's self. Similarly to how a dragon disciple activates and enhances the dragon blood already present within themselves. The fiendish blood is there and has already manifested itself physically, I'm just curious if a tiefling could willfully build upon that. Not to turn themselves into a fiend, per se, but to gain more advantages, and the inherent disadvantages, that their fiendish heritage could grant.

I can't think of any examples in books, but it absolutely should be possible. Rituals and service to demon/devil lords might help. You can just cook up something credible and interesting for the team to approve if you want some special requests.
Sorcery is one way in which your supernatural blood can awaken and become more dominant. It manifests as a development of magical ability rather than horns and tails, but the principle is the same, really.

For Fiends, Celestials and any other "distant" blood such as Genasi, it's entirely Homebrew how you go about the rituals. Naturally a Fiend's blood would struggle to manifest if they spent all day cuddling Celestials, and vice versa. I haven't seen anyone pursue Genasi blood before, but it's the same Homebrew principle of "Well, a Fire Genasi wouldn't spend all day swimming".

Absolutely! You will want to come to Tarkuul and speak to certain someone who did it already and helped the others do it as well. You'll have to find out who IC, but if you want to arrange the RP OOCly, this would be the person to nudge about it.

I cannot remember what source book I saw it in but there was this class similar to a Dragon Disciple but for other races. Paragons or something like that. But when it comes to a world with full of magic and very ambitious I say anything is possible. Like Palemasters and Dragon Disciples there are so many different ways in which to approach it.

Yeah, I haven't found anything specific in any of the lore I've tracked down, but the feedback I've gotten has been very positive about the possibility so long as I'm willing to put in the time, which I am.
