The day before, the wind all over Amia shifted and the clouds began to swirl and form. Right over Kampo's Storehouse, the clouds began to shimmer in a white-blue tinge and form an arrow which pointed straight downwards.
The adventurers who followed the not quite subtle sign, discovered a very odd display. The road in Silent Bay which leads to the storehouse was luminated by blue lightshafts. All over the place outside of Kampo's were several tents, thrones, crates and many white and blue lights. Amidst it all a Djinn hovering over the ground and with him his air elemental assistant.
The Djinn introduced himself as a new merchant who will show around the isle more or less regularly. He sold quite a many wares that day and as promised, the day after a list with his current stock is found in a flamboyant poster within Kampo's Storehouse and the Cordor Merchant hall.
The paper shimmers in pearl white and at the top a tiny tonado actually swirls. What an interesting little magic trick!

If you cannot find players in game to help you with your DC requests for items, you can approach the Djinn IC. However keep the following in mind:
- Power is still limited to that of any other DC request. - It still requires to make a DC request you are simply allowed to use this as the Story of how the item was created. - Of course the Djinn does not work for free and it has to still be proper RP so you will have to bite the sour apple to pay the Djinns gold charge additionally to the DC costs (which will be higher and not lower than his standard items)
