Caraigh Threats: Undead
    Centennial the Serpent
    • Threat Level: Demi-God - Impossible
    • Little can be communicated about this general of the undead. He is their uncontested commander and the intelligence behind the horde of evil that scourges the land of Caraigh. He is often astride a Blackmoor Hound as a mount and if he is spotted in the wilds, fleeing is the only recourse for survival.

    Mounted Skeletal Knights
    • Threat Level: Extreme
    • Mounted upon the backs of skeletal steeds, these knights scour the perimeter of Blackmoor Keep hunting for and running down any living unfortunate enough to cross their paths. Susceptible to the acid breath of a black slaad form, these knights strike hard and often and can take a beating. On the backs of their steeds they are difficult to hit precisely and having no organs or vital pieces, their bones make them resilient to precision strikes.

    Skeletal Knights
    • Threat Level: Extreme
    • Even unmounted, these undead variants are powerful adversaries. Their strikes are hard-hitting and often find their marks. Acid spit from the black slaad form is effective against them, but their regenerative capabilities and resiliency make them difficult enemies to fell.

    Skeletal Guardians and Defenders
    • Threat Level: Moderate
    • These are the foot soldiers of undead horde. Their power lies in numbers and not in individual power. Be wary of large groups of these variants.

    Shambling Hordes: Zombies
    • Threat Level: Moderate
    • Akin to the skeletal guardians or defenders, these zombies are strong in number but weak on their own. Consistent and skilled attacks will take a shambling group of these down, but avoid encounters in large volume.

    Bonebats
    • Threat Level: Negligible
    • These are threats that can track and follow from the sky. Weak to physical attacks they pose little threat to seasoned warriors.

Caraigh Threats: Monstrous and Magical
    Night Hags
    • Threat Level: Extreme
    • These hags are near impervious to physical damages. They possess supernatural abilities that can and will penetrate the minds of those that have the misfortune of crossing their paths. - These creatures can assume many forms, a lost traveler, a forest animal and the like. Be ever cautious for a stranger on the road could be such a creature.

    Witches
    • Threat Level: Dangerous
    • These creatures are susceptible to well placed and aimed strikes, allowing critical strikes against these monstrous abominations. They favor the use of powerful spells such as Wail of a Banshee and Greater Ruin. If not directly focused upon ad destroyed, they can make short work of the unsuspecting warrior.

    Blackmoor Hounds
    • Threat Level: Dangerous
    • The monstrosities are near five times the size of the average hound. Enraged by necromantic magicks and blood lusting after would be prey, these hounds are used to incite fear in the ranks of the living and can cause severe damage with their gaping jaws. - Well place strikes can cause critical damage to these creatures and if they are not taken down in short order, they will be difficult to match.

    Mares
    • Threat Level: Negligible
    • These tiny creatures plague the dreams of the weak and young. They often attack in hordes and great number, but they are extremely weak to physical attacks. A seasoned warrior could demolish an entire army of these creatures, but they are often hard to locate and take easily to hiding. - Avoid getting bitten or scratched by these enemies, they are often carriers of disease.

    Demon Variants
    • Threat Level: Negligible
    • Demonic servants of the demon prince of undeath, these creatures are often weak but numerous during encounters. Fell them quickly on the field of battle and remove these chaotic abominations from this plane of existence.
