Beware the man named Tohvir. He takes orders from someone named 'Alumnus' in Tarkul. He was after some pale elf, said he had permission to kill him. Refused to give his name, then attacked in front of many onlookers. Then he walked off. Many witnesses. The militia did nothing. Tohvir. The man is an assassin. From Tarkuul. He has killed before and will kill again. Do not let him near you. Do not let him near your children. |
