Post subject:  [IC] Banned Individuals and Groups
There is a notice maintained with Cindle, another on the general notice board, and a third is posted outside near the gate. Any may look over it. These lists stretch from past mayorships.

This is a list of individuals banned from our fair town due to their malicious intent, actions, and incompetence. It includes groups, races, and particular individuals singled out for their highly dangerous conduct.

The Mayor and selected individuals have the right to put people on the kill on sight list. (More to be discussed) Citizens may petition to have someone added to the list

- Kill on Sight -
People on this list have killed our residents and visitors alike. These foul beings shall have no aid or mercy on our lands.
Do not try to remove them from our lands as these beasts have already shown that reasoning with them is futile, avoid them, gather allies when you see them and then dispatch them preferably from an ambush and dispose of the body properly by burning it and tossing the ashes in a river. Collateral damage is not allowed and may result in sanctions (This is not a waiver to the pvp rules which must still be observed!)

- Banned Individuals -
These individuals are not allowed to enter the town of Bendir Dale and may not linger outside of our walls. No exceptions. These banned individuals are given a chance to remove themselves, otherwise force will be necessary. Should you wish to talk to one of these do so out of the town (Unless they have been given rights to linger outside the walls but not enter inside). Any may appeal to have their ban removed, note that the decision is made by residents as a collective unless under extreme circumstances.

Exceptions to Banned Groups
If you feel you're entitled access to linger outside our walls or even entry inside our gates, you may apply to be an 'Exception to Banned Groups'. Shoot a message our way, and the community together will assess your valiant efforts and behavior during our meetings. Only residents decide where a consensus has been met.

Sadly our old list has disappeared. However, you will not be given immediate approval if you have been on the previous 'Exceptions to Banned Groups' list when reapplying.

In'ei is banned from going inside the walls.
She is allowed to linger outside the walls as long as she behaves.

The Red Dragon Disciple known as Aithne Ryrathrak is on a probationary time to be an exception to the banned groups to be allowed to linger outside the walls.

Olivia Sykes, also known as Peggy, is hereby banned from inside the walls for threatening to kill one of our residents and to keep with throwing derogatory statements at residents.

A note underneath the name is seen:

May linger outside the walls, can not gain entrance inside the Dale walls without an escort, all these reasons for the attempt of killing the Felldrakes and the intent of doing harm to others, he has been warned by Wilfire already, if such actions were done again, he would be added to the Kill on sight list.

For the assault on a guest of Bendir Dale and the killing of one of our own, Wilrand is now banned from going inside the walls. He is still allowed to stay outside the walls for now.
