The notices are posted at the following locations, by a grey-cloaked traveller:
  • Belenoth
  • Bendir Dale
  • Kampo's Post
  • L'Obsul
  • Shadowscape
  • Tarkuul


Wanted: Selgoron.
Condition: Dead or alive.
Reward: 650 000 or 900 000 golden coins, respectively.
Misc: Selgoron is an elven mage, presumably Ar-tel-quessir wizard, capable of producing spells of 9th circle, and proficient in battle necromancy. Approach with caution.

Contact: In order to collect this bounty, leave private message with contact details at Bendir Dale, Kampo's Post or Shadowscape's respective inn.

In Wharftown, Aedan eyes the notice for a moment. He then simply mutters to himself. "Maybe this'll solve things before they get worse. Or they'll simply get worse because of this." He sighs heavily and then continues on his patrols, leaving the notice on the board for now.

We respect your desire for anonymity, but no message can be left in "private"
without a name, otherwise anyone could just collect it. At least use an alias.

A green-robed female figure with a strange gait ambles up to the notices at Kampo's. Stares for a moment, before her face lowers slowly into her palm! Disappearing soon after toward the scribe, and returns soon after to leave a small note pinned near the original.

To all Pendants.I am not sure if persons are angling for the identity of the poster, or not.

However, if you have a genuine desire to contact the original author. I should remind you that it's perfectly reasonable to leave a message for someone without a name, if you leave a purpose.
All the original author has likely done is ask that all letters regards the topic be held in the name of themselves at any Inns mentioned. Or, indeed, provided a personal signet seal of some kind for the release of any responses.

Regardless, you all seem to be getting bogged down in the semantics of this. Try leaving a response for 'The Selgoron Bounty' with some contact details, and see what happens?
Rather than delay what seems to be yourselves getting paid, or don't...

You dumbass. Then anyone could just come and say they were the guys who put out the bounty. Even a friend of Selgoron who just wants to get close to his dead-friends body to raise him!

Although I'm starting to think I know who this was. I was visiting a friend at Belenoth and saw a copy of the letter there, and there's exactly one person who has two million gold and thinks Belenoth is relevant (it's not). It really narrows it down.

For the love of the gods, provide an alias or title that we can direct private messages to.
Holding on to Selgoron while trying to find a way to actually contact you is simply not a smart idea.

Alias, alias, alias! Maybe you have a way of collecting the messages,
but we need assurances and confidence on our end in where those messages are going.
